Rosario "Rose" Boye

General Manager and Secretary

In the summer of 2005, Rose joined Roza as the coach of the kickball team. With her experience in management, Rose helped the organization to restructure and encouraged as well as supported the young adults to enter colleges, get employment and develop socially.

Albert Chea Dixon, Treasurer

Chea played on ROZA under 19 Team in the 1999 & 2000 seasons. He grew up to be a productive citizen in our organization and acquired knowledge in accountant practices. Today, Chea manages the organization's funds and is well respected amongst his peers.

ROZA is proud to see one of it's own youth grow up to make contribution to the development of the program.
